Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., applicant seeks direction to learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.543 of 2016 (Smt. Rucha Singh Vs. Varun Kumar Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Mungra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that opposite party no.2 has filed an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance on 4.7.2016. The applicant has already appeared before the court and filed his written statement. The case is pending since 2016.
Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, without commenting on the merits of the case, learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur is directed to decide the Case No.543 of 2016 (Smt. Rucha Singh Vs. Varun Kumar Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as early as possible without granting undue adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
