JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kannur Town Police and has filed the application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per report dated 03.06.2014 of the S.H.O., Kannur Town Police Station no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not required for any purpose.
3. Learned counsel submits that the Police is harassing the petitioner.
4. But in the light of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest now.
Application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
