As the learned advocate has pointed from the record of the respondent no.3's application that she did not have any firm offer of land so as to merit awarding of 35 marks in that column. Even on the aspect of the franchise also, the petitioner's land was eligible to be preferred. In view of this, the allotment of land and proceeding hereafter shall be subject matter of this petition. Direct service is permitted.
