The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, with the following main prayer:
"This Honourable Court would be pleased to hand over the investigation of the offence registered as Crime Register No.I-0037/2010 registered with the Shamlaji Police Station, District Sabarkantha, to the CID Crime or any other higher authority, in the interest of justice."

Upon issuance of notice by his Court, Investigating Officer has shown the report with regard to investigation carried out so far, which reveals recording of statement of number persons, FSL with Postmortem report & analysis of viscera by the expert, vising various places of suspect, tracing out the details of mobile phones, location of mobile towers and other attending circumstances, including filing of application for seeking lie detection of the suspects.
3. In the above circumstances, it will be open for the Investigating Officer to proceed further with his request before the learned Magistrate where `A' summary is filed. It will also be open for the petitioner to take appropriate action in accordance with law, including seeking further investigation.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
Notice is discharged.
