Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Saroj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- University.
The instant writ petition has been filed seeking several reliefs. In view of statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-University, the instant writ petition is disposed of by providing that final decision in regard to the petitioner shall be taken by the respondent-University well before the start of the IInd Semester Examination.
