JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner challenges the order of arrest passed in execution of a decree for money. The petitioner does not challenge the finding of the execution court upholding his means to pay the decree debt. The petitioner now seeks easy instalments to pay the decree debt and to avert coercive steps in the mean while. 2. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due to the respondent in equal monthly instalments of ` 25,000/- starting from 12.1.2015. The petitioner shall not be arrested and detained in civil prison if the instalments are paid in time. The coercive steps can continue at the instance of the respondent if any one of the instalments is defaulted by the petitioner.
3. The respondent is free to apply for review of this judgment if aggrieved by the instalment facility granted. Nothing said herein above will disable the parties to have the dispute resolved by mediation.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
