Heard learned for the appellant.
This appeal is against the order dated 10.08.2018 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Saharanpur while deciding the Application 6 C-2 filed in Original Suit No.611 of 2010.
The court below has allowed the application 6C-2 by which it has restrained the appellant/defendant no.2.
When this Court proceeded to hear the matter, learned counsel representing the respective parties namely appellant/defendant no.2 and plaintiff/respondent first set informed that the defendants and plaintiffs are in possession.
In view of the aforesaid statements, this Court finds that no interference is required at this stage.
However, it would be, in the interest of justice that the pending suit be disposed of by the court below expeditiously, in accordance with law, if possible within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
