Instructions as have been received by the learned Standing Counsel were filed today. It may be kept on record.
A perusal of Instructions reveal that no construction of the Panchayat Bhawan was being made.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted.
Respondents, till such time they cancel the lease of the petitioner, shall not divert the use of the land.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
