Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Iritty Police. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per report from the SHO, Iritty Police station a complaint is received from one Shibin Mathew alleging failure of the petitioner to return some gold ornaments but no case is registered against the petitioner and he is not required to be arrested now.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
4. In the light of the above, it is not necessary to proceed with this application.
The application is closed with direction that in case the Iritty Police wants the petitioner to be interrogated on the aforesaid complaint, a notice shall be served on him under Sec.41A of the Cr.P.C.
