The limited request of the counsel for the petitioners when this writ petition is taken up today is for a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon. The Govt. Pleader assures that Ext.P8 would be considered. This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P8 representation in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as other interested persons and to pass final orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
