Varghese Vargheses vs State Of Kerala

The petitioner submits that he has given permit to construct Cashew nut factory building. The permit is less than 300 Sq. metres. In the light of Ext.P4 Government Order, he is entitled to 'P form'. If the proposed factory is less than 300 Sq. metres, necessarily 'P form' shall be issued to the petitioner on being satisfied with the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner without insisting for No Objection Certificate and Environment Clearance. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
