JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner's complaint is against the functioning of an FL-1 shop conducted by the third respondent. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 complaint to the first respondent setting out his grievances. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P1. Adv.C.S.Ajith Prakash appears for the third respondent. The learned Government Pleader appears for respondents 1 and 2. In the nature of the relief that I propose to grant, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent. This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner set out in Ext.P1 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. Orders shall be passed in the matter, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
