JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice was issued to the applicant to engage another counsel as his counsel Shri Vinod Prasad has been elevated to this Bench and now he has been transferred to other State.
On 23.8.2016 an order was passed for effecting service upon the proprietor of the Bottling Company, who had preferred the instant petition before this Court to engage another counsel but the report has yet not been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur.
Office is directed to send notice to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur to comply with the order dated 23.8.2016.
Let the matter be listed after three weeks alongwith compliance report.
