JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed praying to direct the Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.424 of 2012 in O.S.No.143 of 2000 within a fixed time frame. PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn
2. The Application in I.A.No.424 of 2012 is filed for passing a final decree. It is stated that the said application has been adjourned from time to time. The Advocate Commissioner has already been appointed and he has also filed his report and suggested for sale of item number-1 of the suit property. Pursuant to the said report, I.A.No.227 of 2016 has been filed under Sections 2 and 3 of the Partition Act to auction the suit item-1, which is also pending. Hence, the Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of I.A.No.424 of 2012 and also I.A.No.227 of 2016 and pass the final decree on or before 30.09.2017. With the above direction, Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
