HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.30390 of 2014 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notification published on 07.10.2014 calling for finalization of selections as LPG Dealer of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) under Rajv Gandhi LPG Vitrak (RGGLV) in Kallur Village. Petitioner was one of the candidates participated in the selection of the year 2010 and petitioner was informed by letter dated 08.06.2012 about the cancellation of selection process, which was acknowledged by the petitioner on 22.06.2012. However, petitioner did not challenge the said cancellation. Now learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to take appropriate steps against the order of removal dated 08.06.2012.
2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to prosecute his remedies against order dated 08.06.2012 as warranted by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
