This writ petition was posted on 09.07.2014 and in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioners this Court adjourned the matter by a week. When the matter was once again posted on 16.07.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the writ petition to be posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court passed over the matter. In the post lunch session also when the matter is called now, none appears for the petitioners.
In view of the above reasons, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. No costs.
