This petition is filed to quash Crime No.6 of 2012 of Medipalli Police Station, Cyberabad, Hyderabad.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police after completion of investigation filed Charge Sheet and the same was registered as S.C.No.589 of 2012 and the said case ended in acquittal after trial as per judgment dated 14-2-2013.
4. Recording the submission of learned Public prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
