Both the concerned sides, the petitioners and the concerned respondents are represented through their respective counsels.
Heard.
Main prayer of this petition is for re-evaluating the petitioners answer copy of practical test paper for B.F.A. Admission Course, UET-2020 Entrance Examination and for declaration and modification of the result accordingly.
In that regard, Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that in that regard compliance has already been made by evaluating the answer copy of practical test and necessary orders have already been passed. However, the petitioners claims that they have no communication regarding the order.
However, after little argument between the parties, it was consensual between them that let a proper representation be made to the authorities concerned for knowing the outcome of the re-evaluation committee.
Therefore, it is directed that in case any representation is made to the authority concerned within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed as expeditiously as possible and in case any re-evaluation of petitioners practical test paper as aforesaid has been done, the same shall be communicated without unnecessary delay to the petitioners. However, in case the petitioners have any grievance after moving the representation, then they will seek their remedy as available in law.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of. Cost easy.
