This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the Case No. 27511 of 2018, Case Crime No. 355 of 2017, under Sections- 376, 506 I.P.C, Police Station- Chakeri, District- Kanpur Nagar within fixed period, pending before the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar.
The trial court is directed to decide aforesaid case expeditiously. With the above direction, the instant application is disposed of.
