The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to third respondent to provide duty to the petitioner on the post of Home Guard and to pay his subsistence grant month to month and for a further direction to respondent authority to decide his representation within stipulated period.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the authority concerned ventilating his grievance within two weeks, the authority would decide the same in accordance with law in further two months.
This order has been passed with due assistance of Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
