Mr.

Supehia, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that present petition is identical to Special Civil Application No.3443 of 2012 and that identical issues are involved in the matter. He also submitted that the said Special Civil Application No.3443 of 2012 has been admitted vide order dated 19.3.2012. He has placed a copy of the order dated 19.3.2012 on record. He has prayed that similar order may be passed in present matter.

Hence, Rule.

To be heard with Special Civil Application No.1064 of 2012.
