Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Court No.1, Kushinagar to decide Suit No.295 of 2003 (Gautam Budh Prathamik Vidyalaya Vs. Vansraj and others), within stipulated period.
It is the case of the petitioners that the issues were framed in the suit on 27th March, 2010 and since then the suit is proceeding at snail's pace.
Considering that the matter is about fifteen years old, this petition is disposed of with direction upon the court concerned that in absence of any legal impediment, the court shall endeavour to bring the proceeding of the suit to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
