Heard learned counsel, Mr.N.D. Gohil for the applicant, learned APP Ms.A.C. Raval for the respondent no.1-State.
In view of the averments as well as no due certificate given by the bank and also in view of the order passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.2069/2012 dated 28.08.2012, the matter requires considerations.
Hence following order :-
Rule returnable on 30 th November, 2012. Learned APP Ms.A.C. Raval for the respondent no.1-State waives service of notice of rule.
Ad-interim relief in terms of Para No.5(C) till further orders.
