Learned advocate for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage, with a view to avail remedy as prescribed in the judgment rendered in the case of Bipin Shantilal Panchal v. State of Gujarat & Anr. [2001(2) GHL 545 and to convince the trial Court the course of action that may be taken at the stage of chief-examination of PW-22 Jehabhai Punabhai Rathod so that the aspect with regard to station diary can be examined at the fag end of the trial.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
