JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred by the applicant convict for grant of parole on the ground of preferring an appeal in the High Court.
The application is rejected by the competent authority on the ground that an opinion is not yet received from the police authorities.
Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
