THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.Channabasappa S.N., learned counsel for Mr.Honnappa S., learned counsel for the petitioner.
In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the family court, by which the family court has permitted the petitioner to travel to Canada subject to condition that she will file an affidavit before the jurisdictional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore City with regard to the purpose for which she is visiting Canada as well as the condition that she will execute personal bond and shall produce the title documents of her property.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that that the proceedings before the family court are fixed for 30.08.2019. In case the petitioner produces a copy of this order tomorrow i.e., 30.08.2019 before the family court, the family could shall record the evidence of the petitioner and shall permit her to leave for Canada.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
