Vanglapudi Laxman Rao PETITIONER AND 1. The District Panchayat Officer, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
