Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for following relief:
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent(s) to provide joining in the college allotted to the petitioner by means of an appointment letter dated 12.08.2021."
Pursuant to the order dated 07.10.2021 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, respondent no.3 Addl. Director of Education, Department of Secondary Education, Prayagraj and respondent no.4 District Inspector of Schools, Pratapgarh is present before this Court and filed personal counter affidavit, which is taken on record.
In the personal counter affidavit, respondent no. 4 has stated that petitioner has joined her duty on 23.10.2021 as Assistant Teacher (Social Science) at Rajkiya Uchchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Dhaurhara,, Aaspur Devsara, Pratapgarh.
The writ petition is disposed of in light of averments made in personal counter affidavit of respondent no.4.
