This petition is misconceived. Undisputedly, the matter will be cognizable by the concerned Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Consequently this petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to initiate proceedings before the appropriate Tribunal.
