JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 10
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 28685 of 2018 Petitioner :- Vandana Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Shashank Maurya Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Vikram Nath,J.
Hon'ble Daya Shankar Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.S. Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that on the behest of the private persons local administration is causing interference in the possession of the petitioner over his land. If that be so, it would be appropriate to obtain an injunction from the civil court rather than filing a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
Order Date :- 24.8.2018 Ashutosh (Daya Shankar Tripathi,J.) (Vikram Nath,J.)
