Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and Sri B.D. Pandey, learned counsel representing the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4.
With the consent of the counsels for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4- Examination Controller of B.Sc. 2nd year for Session 2018-19 to take action in accordance with law, so far as the issue relates to the petitioners with respect of unfair means for the Session 2018-19 in B.Sc 2nd year, expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, .
The writ petition is disposed of.
