By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division), Court No. 6, Allahabad to decide the Execution Application No. 259 of 2018 (Smt. Vandana Singh Vs. Anand Singh) arising out of Complaint Case No. 208 of 2016, under Section 12 Domestic Violence Act, 2005 related to Police Station George Town, District Allahabad within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division), Court No. 6, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant as expeditiously as possible.
