Following orders were passed in the matter on 21.5.2018:-
"This petition reflects poorly upon the administration of the District Basic Education Officer, inasmuch as though petitioner has been transferred to Allahabad from Lakhimpur Kheri in the year 2013, but her service records have not been transmitted so far. Repeated letters of the District Basic Education Officer, Allahabad do not appear to have been responded.
Sri A.K. Yadav, appearing for the respondents shall obtain specific instructions from the respondent no.2 in that regard, by the next date fixed. Respondents shall also explain as to how they propose to deal with such issues in future?
Post as fresh on 28th May, 2018."
Sri A. K. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of directions issued by respondent no.2, the concerned District Basic Education Officer has transmitted records relating to petitioner to the District Basic Education Officer, Allahabad and the same has also been received. It is stated that claim of petitioner for salary etc. shall be processed and released at the earliest.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to ensure that correct salary of petitioner is fixed and is released to her, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
