JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 4
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 24324 of 2018 Petitioner :- Vandana Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rakesh Pande Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Nisheeth Yadav
Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Under the order of this Court dated 17.11.2018, the petitioner has been permitted to appear provisionally in the U.P.T.E.T. Examination, 2018. The order was passed noticing the fact as pleaded in the writ petition that the requisite fee could not be deposited on time, despite attempt had been made, because of the fault of the server. By means of the Stay Application No. 24324 of 2018, the petitioner has brought on record the Banker's Cheque of Rs. 500/- which is the requisite fee for the U.P.T.E.T. Examination, 2018 deposited on 17.11.2018 and consequently she was issued the admit card.
It is not disputed that the petitioner has appeared in the U.P.T.E.T. Examination held on 18.11.2018. The respondent authorities have already obtained the requisite fee for the said examination and therefore, in the opinion of the Court for certain technicalities involved in the online deposit of fee, the petitioner was denied the chance. Initially, the petitioner was provisionally directed to appear in the U.P.T.E.T. Examination.
In the interest of justice, the respondents are directed to declare the result of U.P.T.E.T. Examination of the year 2018 within 24 hours in respect of the petitioner. Consequences to follow.
Writ petition is consigned to record.
