Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner could not join as she was not relieved from her parent department, however, the appointment of the petitioner in the parent department stands cancelled. In view of the cancellation of the entire selection process and now the petitioner has approached the respondent no. 2 for permitting to join, however, no orders are being passed thereupon and the matter is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2.
Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Chief Engineer, (Project and Employment), Pariyojana Evam Niyojan, Department of Irrigation and Water Resources, Lucknow (respondent no. 2) by filing an application on which the respondent no. 2 shall pass orders considering the request of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application.
The petition is disposed off in terms of the said order.
Copy of the order downloaded from the website of Allahabad High Court shall be accepted/treated as certified copy of the order.
