Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a letter has been received by him from her client that compensation has been distributed but not to the petitioner.
It appears from the submission that the compensation has been distributed to the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the petitioner even of the share of her late husband.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise her objection before the authority concerned or to take recourse to other appropriate legal remedies.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
