(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This an application for extension of the time granted by this Court vide order dated 22nd March 2012, by which it was directed that if the office objections were not removed within a week from that day, the matter would stand dismissed.
It appears that before expiry of the said period, this Application was filed, but by this time the order has already been given effect to.
After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and after going through the explanation given in the Application, we find that sufficient cause has been made out for extension of the time earlier granted by our order dated 22nd March 2012. We, thus, extend the time till Monday next for compliance of the office objections and consequently restore the matter which has already been dismissed for non-compliance of the earlier order during the pendency of this Application. If the office objections are not removed by Monday next, this Application will stand dismissed.
