Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that pass certificate has already been corrected pursuant to the direction of this Court and pass certificate is forwarded from Chennai to New Delhi. It is on account of delay in correcting the pass certificate from New Delhi, pass certificate could not be issued.

2. Submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
