JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have entered into a V.M.VELUMANI,J.
kj compromise before the Mediation held at Tamil Nadu Mediation & Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras and a mediation agreement dated 02.06.2017 has been entered into between the parties, duly signed and attested by the respective counsel.
2. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the mediation report dated 02.06.2017, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
