----------------------- The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that 3rd respondent is attempting to trespass into the property of the petitioner and her husband for widening of the road in between Chantnthakunnu Junction to Tana Junction at Irinjalakuda. The petitioner's property is situated in Survey No.911 of Manavalassery Village in Mukundapuram Taluk.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instruction would submit that a notification has been issued under Section 6 of the Surveys and Boundaries Act for demarcation of the land to be acquired and any land from the petitioner will be taken only in accordance with the due procedure established under the law or based on mutual consent. The submission is recorded.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
