1. The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail granted by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2012. The party in person is present before the Court and states that his son has filled in on-line application form and interview, etc declared in Government ITI, Deodar for the admission of his son in future.
2. On inquiry as to when on-line forms are filled, the convict rightly stated that the same application form being in English, he will not be able to give details.
3. The fact that the convict was out in the month of April, 2012 on the sad demise of his father for 14 days. Thereafter, he was on temporary bail in the month of June-July, 2012 for the admission of his son.
4. This application for extension of temporary bail is rejected. However, it is made clear that in the event the convict is able to get the details of his on-line application forms and the dates of the interview of his son, it will be open for the convict to file an application for temporary bail again.
