Heard Sri Brijesh Chandra Naik, learned counsel for the petitioners.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have come to this Court for restraining the respondents from interfering in any manner upon the construction that is being made by the petitioners on plot no. 537, which the petitioners' claim have been demarcated. It is to be noted that there is some disputes going on between the petitioners and the respondent no. 3 and the petitioners are the defendant in a suit No. 1374 of 2018 and in that suit the respondents have got injunction order in respect of plot of 535 and it is claimed that the respondents in the grab of the injunction order, are getting the petitioners restrained through Police from raising their constructions on plot no. 537. The petitioners have not filed any map to indicate before this Court as to boundaries of the plots no. 535 and 537.
Since the dispute is pending before the Civil Court in the shape of Original Suit No. 1374 of 2018, the petitioners may file an application or clarification in that suit. In writ proceedings, no such direction can be given.
