JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocate Mr. C.B.Dastoor for the Applicant.
Learned Advocate Ms. Bhavika H. Kotecha or Ms. S.D.Rami for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not present.
In the facts and circumstances, the matter requires consideration. Hence RULE returnable in the last week of August, 2012.
The stay of the order as modified vide order dated 2.2.2012 by this Court (Coram: Anant S.Dave,J) shall continue on condition that the amount shall be deposited by the Applicant regularly as per the order dated 2.2.2012 and the liberty is reserved for withdrawal of the amount.
