JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the second accused in Crime No.572 of 2014 of the Thrissur West Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehends arrest and has filed the application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that as per interim order dated 26.05.2014 issued by this Court, the petitioner surrendered before the investigating officer and she was interrogated.
3. Learned counsel submits that even as per the prosecution case allegation is that S.S.L.C book of the first accused was forged by a relative of the petitioner who handed over the same to the petitioner to be given to the first accused and the first accused presented the same before the passport authority.
4. Having regard to the relevant circumstances including that the petitioner has already been interrogated, I am inclined to think that her custodial interrogation is not required. Hence I am inclined to grant relief but subject to conditions.
Application is allowed as under:
(i) It is directed that in case the petitioner is arrested in Crime No.572 of 2014 of the Thrissur West Police Station, she shall be released by the arresting officer on her executing bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each before the arresting officer and subject to the following conditions:
(a) One of the sureties shall be a close relative of the petitioner.
(b) Petitioner shall report to the investigating officer as and when required for interrogation at all reasonable time and place.
(c) Petitioner shall not get involved in any offence during the period of this bail.
(d) Petitioner shall not intimidate or influence the witnesses.
(ii) In case the petitioners violate any of condition Nos.
(b) to (d), it is open to the investigating officer to move the jurisdictional magistrate for cancellation of the bail as held in P.K Shaji Vs. State of Kerala (AIR 2006 SC 100).
