----------------------- The petitioner approached the Revenue Divisional Officer alleging public way has been obstructed by the party respondent in this writ petition as per Ext.P2 complaint. The complaint appears to have been filed on 10.10.2012. The above complaint has not been disposed of so far.
2. Having regard to the above, there shall be a direction to the 6th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner and the party respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
