Petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 application for a temporary permit pending consideration for a regular permit application. The complaint is that despite the filing of the application, the same has not been considered so far by the respondent authority. 2. Having regard to the factual circumstances involved in the matter and after having heard the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as follows:
The respondent shall consider Ext. P2 application and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
