Despite the earlier order dated 09/04/2012 passed by this Court, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has chosen to remain absent. The colleague of the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has requested to adjourn the matter. Considering the fact that the present application is to restore the restoration application in Second Appeal, which was dismissed for non-prosecution for non-removal of the office objections and considering the order dated 09/04/2012 passed by this Court, the present application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
