Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in spite of specific orders passed by the District Collector, Banaskantha District, granting land in favour of the petitioners, under one pretext or the other, at the behest of the occupiers, who are headstrong persons, the competent authority failed to protect the interest of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the order passed by the learned Magistrate is also challenged.
In view of the above, issue notice returnable on 9th April, 2012.
Direct service is permitted.
