It is gratifying to note that pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2012 passed by this Court, Mamlatdar, Deesa has placed on record a communication dated 05.05.2012 stating that under the supervision and guidance of the Collector, District Banaskantha, the petitioners, who hail from Scheduled Caste and were granted land by the authorities in the year 1982, are now given possession after following due procedure, including drawing panchnama and the petitioners have occupied the land in question upon the measurement carried out by the representative of the District Inspector of Land Records.
Since unauthorized occupants are removed, the petitioners, in the capacity of occupiers and owners can use the said land for the purpose for which it is granted.
In case of any difficulty, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the concerned authorities.
With the aforesaid all these petitions stand disposed of.
Notice issued in each of the petition stands discharged.
