JUDGMENT
The above appeal is listed for hearing today. It is stated by Mr.A.Mukuth representing counsel for Mr/s.Sarvabhauman Associates, appearing for the appellant that he has no instruction or information about the death of the sole appellant.
2. Learned Counsel for the 5th respondent vide a memo dated 03.02.2017 has ascertained that the sole appellant Smt.Valliammal died a year back and no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.
3. Recording the memo submitted by the 5th respondent, this appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
